Customer Information
Annual Tune-Up Checklist (Included in Both Plans)

Door & Hardware
● Lubricate rollers, hinges, bearings, and pulleys
● Tighten all nuts, bolts, and hardware
● Inspect rollers for wear
● Inspect hinges and brackets for cracks or fatigue
● Check and adjust spring tension
● Inspect torsion and extension springs for corrosion or damage
● Inspect cables for fraying or stretching

Tracks & Balance
● Inspect vertical and horizontal tracks
● Check track alignment
● Perform door balance test

Weather Protection
● Inspect bottom rubber seal
● Inspect perimeter weatherstripping
● Check for gaps and drafts

Opener System
● Test and adjust opener force settings
● Inspect opener rail and mounting hardware
● Test auto-reverse safety features
● Clean and align photo-eye sensors
● Test manual release function
● Check backup battery (if applicable)
Comprehensive Safety Inspection (Included in both plans — covers up to 3 doors and 3 openers per location)

Inspection includes:
● Structural integrity of door panels
● Track condition and secure mounting
● Spring system condition and safety
● Cable system condition
● Opener mounting and rail stability
● Emergency release functionality
● Manual operation test
● Overall system wear assessment
● Recommendations for repairs or upgrades with transparent pricing before work is started
Terms & Authorization
● Allstate Door Co. will contact you in advance of your plan expiring to ensure your maintenance plan remains active. Plans do not renew automatically.
● Premier plan price freeze applies for the full 3-year term.
● Payment is due upon receipt of emailed invoice and must be settled prior to the commencement of scheduled maintenance.
